She wanted to go on a run & she needed some kind of muscle to back
     her up. Her first instinct was to find Daryl  or  Abraham,  but  she  soon 
     stumbled upon Noah & realised he was in need of a run too. Being the
     only person that was interested in the architecture of  Alexandria,  she 
     remembered him saying he needed a few things for the wall.
